On Thursday, May 18, Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC co-sponsored the 2017 Employment Law Seminar with Benefit Solutions, Inc. The event was held at the Cedar Rapids Country Club and was host to more than 130 guests. Topics for the day included: Top 10 Workplace Law Developments to Expect from the Trump Administration, Substance Abuse Testing and Employment Benefits, The Iowa Wage Payment Collection Law, ADA/FMLA/Case Law Update, Harassment in Today’s Workplace, Affordable Care Act Update, and Changes To Iowa Workers’ Compensation Laws. The afternoon concluded with a panel discussion.
