Culture of Collaboration

At Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman, we are committed to a culture of collaboration, mutual respect and camaraderie. We celebrate the contributions of our staff at annual recognition events and join with them for social events such as firm potlucks, chili cook-offs and seasonal celebrations. We are also committed to giving back to the communities where our attorneys and staff live and work.

Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman sponsors events that allow our attorneys and staff to work together in a spirit of community service, including a United Way campaign and holiday activities dedicated to helping the less fortunate in our community. These shared efforts bring our people together and allow us to celebrate a shared vision of community betterment through joint service.

Most importantly, we have long believed in letting our members and staff find their own passion. We encourage and celebrate their pursuit of that passion, both professionally and in terms of community service and involvement. In 2017, our firm contributed to more than 150 organizations through pro bono activities, volunteerism, donations and service.

We are humbled by the vibrant and diverse ways that our members and staff give back to our communities and make a positive difference in Iowa and the world. In support of our people and their volunteerism and community service, our firm makes targeted contributions to certain community-based organizations in which our attorneys and staff have been particularly invested.

We are dedicated to these grass-roots, passion-driven approaches to community involvement and service and we encourage the numerous worthy organizations in our community to involve our people directly rather than seeking to interface with us through our board of directors.
