David W. Kubicek

David W. Kubicek is an attorney with Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC where he is engaged primarily in a commercial real estate transactional practice. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of Simmons Perrine PLC.

Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Kubicek represents clients in connection with the purchase, sale and leasing of commercial real estate. His practice also includes real estate development, condemnation, easements, title insurance issues and miscellaneous real estate matters. He has represented clients in connection with large, sophisticated real estate transactions, including high rise office buildings, industrial warehouses, ethanol plants, industrial complexes and restaurant and other franchises within the state of Iowa. He is a fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
