Rae Kinkead is a family law attorney and mediator in the firm’s family law practice group. She represents individuals in all aspects of domestic relations, including but not limited to: divorce, property division, child custody and support, prenuptial agreements, guardianships, and domestic violence. Ms. Kinkead recognizes that each case needs personalized legal strategies. She is an experienced litigator and is well-versed in mediation and limited representation. She also works in appellate advocacy, challenging and defending trial court decisions.
Ms. Kinkead completed the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyer’s Institute for Family Law Associates Advanced Training in 2018 and the American Bar Association's Family Law Trial Advocacy Program held by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in 2015. She earned the Mosten Basic Divorce Mediation Training Certificate in 2016.
