Thomas N. DeBoom

Thomas DeBoom is a member of Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman. Mr. DeBoom's work focuses on the business and transactional practice of law including business formation and governance; sales and purchases of equity interests; securities; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; ESOP transactions; financing of all kinds; profit sharing and deferred compensation arrangements, both ERISA- qualified and non-qualified; and business contracts, consulting and planning.
