The attorneys at Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman represent and counsel clients in a broad range of traditional labor law matters and industrial relations covered by the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA”). This experience includes collective bargaining, strike preparations, union campaigns and elections, unfair labor practices, plant closures and mass layoffs.

For our clients with unionized workforces, we routinely handle grievance administration and arbitration on issues including discipline and discharge, management rights, benefits disputes, and interpreting contract language.
